I've been there...

I’m Cathy Roberts Eads certified Yoga Instructor, Meditation Guide and Ayurvedic Health Coach. 

A decade ago I was a 40 year old mother of three with a seriously ill child, six figures in credit card debt, my own health condition, and an unhealthy marriage that was slowly imploding. 

Exhausted and emotionally drained, I felt like I was about to crash. During the chaos, I found peace and held onto my health through my simple yoga and self care practices. 

The crazier life got, the deeper I went into my practices to seek solace, and the more they helped me navigate the insanity with some skill and grace. 

Yoga and self care practices were a lifeline that kept me from unraveling from the chaos of my life. 

I took my personal practice further by completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training and Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor training. 

I realized I could help other people navigating stress, managing chronic conditions & experiencing major transitions by helping them learn these simple, powerful practices to create harmony and handle whatever life sends their way.

Today I use all of the practices and techniques I have learned to bring bespoke wellness solutions to people who want to feel more healthy, vibrant and balanced every day.

My clients say that working with me is like having restorative mini-retreats interspersed throughout their everyday lives. I take ownership of and manage their wellness practices so they don’t have to think about what to do or when they’ll be able to fit them in.

What Makes Working With Me Special

  • Restorative and Rejuvenating Yoga: When most people think of yoga they picture headstands or people contorting themselves like pretzels. This is not the kind of Yoga I teach or use with my clients. My approach to Yoga is much more traditional. It flows at a gentle pace and challenges the body with strengthening holds rather than outrageous poses. My methods can be easily adapted to different body types, abilities, and needs. I have worked with clients in wheel chairs, and managing conditions like MS, lyme, arthritis, MCAS, hip replacement, chronic pain, balance and mobility challenges and more.
  • Holistic Balance: By incorporating Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation my clients experience balance in their mind, body, and spirit. This translates into feeling better even if they suffer from chronic conditions, pain and loss of flexibility from aging, or health challenges like headaches, digestive issues, or other discomforts.
  • Concierge Level Service: When you work with me I take ownership of your wellness practices, monitor your progress, and tailor our sessions to what you need at the moment. My clients don’t have to think about figuring out what Yoga flows or poses would be best for them, or research Ayurveda, or spend hours prepping meals. I give you a plan to follow, and make sure that we are scheduled for convenient times (whether you are at work or at home) so you can always fit wellness into your day.
